Introduced in 1986, Compact 200 is Mabey Bridge’s most popular pre-engineered, rapid build, modular, steel
panel bridge system.
Over 200km of Compact 200 bridging have been built
across 5 continents providing long-life, reusable,
re-locatable and adaptable bridging solutions in many
different situations and landscapes.
The latest development of Sir Donald Bailey’s original Bailey Bridge, Compact 200 uses standardised, fully
interchangeable components to provide robust, rapid build solutions for permanent rural bridges, even in the
remotest of locations, temporary accesses and emergency bridges to help provide relief to disaster stricken areas.
