This survey analyzed how stress management training could benefit employees at a workplace that had undergone downsizing. 53 employees completed a survey on demographics, stress levels, and potential stress management techniques. Hypothesis tests found that employees believe stress management would be beneficial and they perform better under less stress. However, regression analysis found no relationship between productivity and preferences for stress relief techniques. While stress management may help employees, the survey could be improved with questions better tailored to different analysis methods.
