 Cross checking with the material demand of the project, quotation from suppliers
and LPO.
 Preparation of management reports , analyse reports & Implement necessary

 Compare Subsidiary Ledger and General Ledger Balances of Inventory, Accounts
Receivables and Payables.
 Additions, Retirements and Depreciation of Fixed Assets.
 Verifying the supporting documents for Bank Facility application such as, bid bond,
