PERSONAL PROFILE
I am an adaptable and responsible person who has over 11 years of experience in retail with
Cotton Traders working my way up from a part time sales assistant to becoming store
manager, where my duties and responsibilities increased to handling private and
confidential paperwork surrounding personnel and payroll. In this job I have developed a
good understanding and passion for good customer service, which involves going that extra
mile to help the customer get what they need and have a positive experience in our shop.
Due to the shop in the K village closing down in November, I am seeking a new role to build
on the skills and knowledge I have built up over the years in management. I am hard
working, enthusiastic and always keen to learn and broaden my horizons. My voluntary
work, professional life and other commitments have helped me develop a good sense of
punctuality. I am equally at ease working on my own or as part of a team.
My friends would describe me as a friendly down-to-earth guy with a good sense of humour
and always there for them in times of trouble.
