"Matti Bolgaria" Primary school
has strivings to keep Bulgarian
nationality and Bulgarian revival
spirit for 28 years in the pursuit of

At the same time, it uses good
and modern European practices and

town working by the program for
early foreign language learning
since its creation and the only one
with traditions in Step-by-Step
training program. The innovative
approach and vision for the
educational process is the
foundation of this program.

base, this is a prerequisite for an

8. Mrs. Pepa Dukova was a long-
time teacher and headmaster
of "Mati Bolgaria" Primary School.
From 2020 school year our
headmaster is Mrs. Boryana
Popova.
She successfully leads a
professional team who seeks and
learns new experience by
participating in a number of
national and European projects and
initiatives,

10. Over the past few years, the school
has successfully worked on the projects
"Success" and "Your time". So, it`s
provided chance for students about
general and additional support for
personal development of them, provided
a suitable physical, psychological and
social environment to develop their
abilities and skills.
In the current school year, though not
in the context of these projects, the
tireless teacher team of the school
continues to work hard in this direction
with even greater enthusiasm and
professionalism.

started working as a coordinator on a
new international project "Share my
emotions" with 5 other countries -
Spain, Turkey, Romania, Cyprus and
Portugal. Through various activities
in the sphere of sports, music, dance,
arts and foreign languages, the
children of Matti Bolgaria and their
teachers will present school, our city
and our country and will exchange
experience and emotions with the
teachers and the students from the
other countries.

аnd a great occasion for our students
to show the kindness of their heart .
Every year our students withthe help
of their parents and teachers are
involved in charity initiatives,
targeting children in unequal terms
and social status or adults people.
So the little good people,warming
someone's heart in thеChristmas
night, give a kindness lesson
to us, the adults!
25. This year our school has once
again become a unique Christmas
workshop.
Our children, with the help of
their parents and teachers,
participated in the initiative
"Exchanging a Christmas gift "along
with 9 other European countries.
They exchanged ideas for Christmas
decoration and got to know the
Christmas symbols of different
countries.
28. The European Day of Sport "Live Active" The students celebrate
it with sports games and racings.
29. A pride for the school are the
achievements of our students at
national Olympiads and
competitions in mathematics,
biology, music and civic education.
32. The school organizes and
conducts children's initiatives all year
round competitions to which they
can express their talents in the field
of music, painting and sports.
36. Bulgarian are very hospitable with
their guests. Every year just before
the Christmas holidays, Mati
Bulgaria school opens its doors to
meet all the children and their
parents who wants to learn here in
the next school year.
So, Mati Bolgaria school welcomes
the childern thats will be at first
grade for the next school year. They
show them their future school.
According to an old Bulgarian
tradition this happens at the school
doors with bread and honey and with
traditional Bulgarian songs and
dances.
