This document provides information about a school located on the border of two regions in Bulgaria. It has 68 students from grades 1-8, including 98% who are bilingual Roma students. The school faces challenges from labor migration of families. It has 14 teachers who participate in ongoing training. The school offers extracurricular activities in art, folklore, entrepreneurship, and sports. It has participated in various projects to support students, including a classroom renovation project. The school works to engage parents through meetings and activities.
2. THE GENERAL PROFILE OF THE SCHOOL
The school is located on the border between Silistra and Razgrad region.
The population of the village consists of Roma people with Turkish mothers or
home tongue and of Bulgarian people. School is not a central and there are
learn 98% bilingual pupils of Roma origin. The number of pupils in the school
is 68 (I-VIII grade) now. In school have kindergarten group, who consisting of
24 children aged 4-6 years.

6. The staff is of 14 teachers including the director, including 2 men and 12
women.
Teachers in the early initial stage are 4 teachers in primary school ( grades 1-4)
and 2 educators. In grades 5-8 we have 6 teachers. We have 1 teacher in
kindergarten. At school there are 5 people non-teaching staff.
Our staff is motivated to develop own pedagogical skills and knowledges. All
teachers participate in pedagogical training and seminars.

Communication with parents is very important of the school life. We have traditional
