The program offers comprehensive vocational assessment, skills training, and ensures a successful transition to independent employment through ongoing retention services.

The Mission of the MATCH Program is to encourage and
assist clients with their efforts to succeed in the workplace.
We offer comprehensive vocational assessment, training, job
placement assistance and retention services to ensure

program, participants are motivated to obtain employment

Case Managers assist with
vocational counseling, creating

from your primary care physician.
