3. Introduction This MIS software for Material Testing Labs which integrates the testing process and generate various reports on project-to-project basis. At any later stage this tool can be linked to the existing website also, thus filling test sheets & generating the test reports remotely. This software will not only save time by automated calculations but also generate reports thus reducing the overall cost. The software links all the activities from test material procurement to observation sheet for individual tests and it’s reporting.

5. Material Master - This form is used to add the master details for the material. This form adds a new material with other information about the material. Material Testing System

6. Test Master - This form is used to specify the test for the material you have added from the Material Master form. You can have multiple test for the same material with different test name. Material Testing System

7. IS Code Master - This form is used to assign the IS Code for the material. Material Testing System

8. IS Code + Test Master - This form is used to specify the tests for the material in a specific IS Code . Material Testing System

9. Employee Master - This form is used to add a new employee with employee details. Material Testing System

10. Party Master - This form is used to add a new party with party details. Material Testing System

11. View/Update Material Master - This form is used to view or update the material details by selecting the Material Name form drop down list. Material Testing System

21. Observation Sheet for Compressive Strength - This form is used to test the Compressive Strength of the material by entering the Width, Height, and Compressive Load of the material. Material Testing System

22. Observation Sheet for Efflorescence Test- This form is used to test the Efflorescence Test of the material my specifying the quantity of material and the efflorescence of the material. Material Testing System

23. Observation Sheet for Water Absorption - This form is used to final; the result of the water absorption test on the material. You need to specify the saturated weight, Oven Dry Weight and you van calculate the results by clicking on “Calculate”. Material Testing System

24. Approval Form - This form is used to approve or reject the test of a specific material by selecting the material name from the drop down list. Material Testing System

25. Approval Form - This form is used to approve the test(s) of the material which we have performed. The test(s) are identified by the Job Code . You need to select the Job Code from the drop down list. Material Testing System

26. Approval Form - Observation Sheet for Compressive Strength - This form is used to display the test result on the basis of results you can approve or reject the test of a specific material by their Job Code .

27. Finish Job - This form is used to mark the party for which you have finished the material testing. This form will save the information for a specific party you have tested the material. Material Testing System

29. Test Result Report - This form is used to generate the test report of specific Job Code on a specific date with the Material Type – Code . This report have section two “Main Report” and the “Sub Report”. Material Testing System

30. Test Result Main Report - This Main Report shows the information about the Material you have selected for the testing with the party name. Report shows detailed information about the material like: material nature of sample, material grade, material variety, material type, material class, material size etc. Material Testing System

31. Test Result Sub Report - This Sub Report shows the information about the Material Test Result. Report shows detailed information about the test result like: material consistency, fineness of material, soundness, specific gravity and compressive strength. Material Testing System

33. Graph - This form is used to display the graphical representation of the information using the Job Code, Material Type – Code , Test Name and Location . Material Testing System

36. User Registration Form - This form is used to create a new user of the application. You need to specify the user name and password for the new user. Material Testing System

37. Change Password - This form is used to change the password of the current session user. You need to specify the new password and the old password of the user. Material Testing System

38. List of Users - This form is used to display all the users of the application. You can delete the specific user by clicking the “Delete” link of the respective user. This action can be revert back you need to create the user again. Material Testing System

39. User Rights - This form is used to grant the rights for the application users that are previously created. The only user who itself have the right to grant the rights to other user can only modify the rights for other user. Material Testing System
