• Assist President and CEO with daily operations and management of executive suite

• Execute proficient administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and executive
management, to include complex meeting and travel arrangements
• Efficiently manage department budget and credit card reconciliation
• Maintain contract files with vendors, physicians and service providers
• Actively participate in training activities, to include scheduling, logistics, material preparation and
timely tracking
• Resolve customer service issues relating to hospital visit and/or service needs
• Screen and process all incoming information: including screening, reviewing, prioritizing, and
drafting responses for email, incoming phone calls and other correspondence
• Manage CEO and executive team’s schedules using Outlook, as well as meeting room and
classroom calendars
• Serve as the communications resource for executive management, directors, managers, with
team members and physicians, including scheduling meetings, following up on task requests,
and coordinating projects
• Produce PowerPoint presentations on a broad range of topics and for a range of audiences
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative and make independent decisions
• Provide support to the Hospital Board of Trustees, to include preparation of monthly agenda and
online board packet
• Manage Corporate Giving Program, to include processing and tracking of requests and
administering funds
Skills
• Above-Average knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent administrative skills, adept at learning new computer systems
• Flexibility in work schedule to include evenings, weekends and travel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Superior written and oral communication skills to include effective interpersonal, telephone and
listening skills
• Strong organizational skills, adept at problem solving and managing stress level
• Efficiently prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining
commitment to deadlines
• Maintain high levels of integrity and discretion at all times
• Knowledge of generally accepted business practices
• Respond effectively to quickly changing workloads and priorities
