I am passionate about translating the ‘voice of the customer’ into tangible business benefit, and have the

I was pioneering Six Sigma Black Belt in Johnson Controls and was trained by the renowned six sigma
academy.
I am a Certified Lean Sigma Master Black Belt with 15 years demonstrable experience in delivering
customer and business value through innovation, Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement
methodologies. I have helped clients and organisations realise verified financial benefit in excess of
£500M. I am experienced operating in risk adverse industries such as oil and gas upstream operations,
healthcare manufacturing, aerospace, and insurance and utilities. Often operating in complex multi-
stakeholder environments I have successfully demonstrated relationship management skills and been able
to influence stakeholders with competing views to make, and accept change.
Having trained over 450 people in the use of lean sigma both on the job and through the classroom and
provided support through ongoing mentoring I have helped organisations grow their capability and
develop a culture of continuous improvement. I have a proven record of successfully deploying continuous
improvement programmes from proof of concept, through to maturity.
As an IBM accredited Lean Sensei and Six Sigma Master Black Belt together with previous industry
experience I have delivered successful projects in diverse organisations such as;
