HR Marketing.

meaningful marketing and to develop Human Resources
Programs that might increase sales, while also looking for pool
of top talent.
It can help in growing employer awareness, to build the
employer brand as a “great place to work”.

years creating a culture around the customer and
their needs.

1 Asking or forcing employees to share product content on their
social media channels is not appropriate, also asking them to
share what a great place their company is to work.

  • 2. Marketing of HR or Employee Branding Employee Branding is defined as “the process by which employees internalize the desired brand image and are motivated to project the image to customers and other organizational constituents.
  • 3. USING EMPLOYER BRAND TO ATTRACT TALENT OR TO DO MARKETING???

Why HR is the new marketing ? 01 In a world of infinite media choices, the best way to reach new buyers and recruits might be easier and more effective through HR Marketing. 02 Employees can represent the greatest opportunity to create meaningful marketing and to develop Human Resources Programs that might increase sales, while also looking for pool of top talent. It can help in growing employer awareness, to build the employer brand as a “great place to work”. 03

Create a customer-centric vision Create content employees want to share According to LinkedIn, the combined connections of employees on the any platform is 10X larger than any company’s followers. If 3% of company employees share branded content, it will generate 30% of the views and clicks on that content. Both Amazon and Flipkart are prime examples of brands that are customer centric and have spent years creating a culture around the customer and their needs.
  • 6. Why does this work? It works because it helps in creating massive momentum when we combine the needs of our customers, our employees, and our company based on their own distinct interests. Too much information might add to the risk factor and too less might make customers ask for more. It may not be sufficient

  • 10. How will it benefit the Service Sector It creates tangibility for the intangible services. It portrays an image through physical presence such as the uniform of the employees. Physical Evidence It refers to all the methods and tools used to give product information to the buyers and persuade them to purchase. promotion This method could act as one of the measures used to forecast.
