Lead Project Manager for on AT&T and Cargill Account Domestic and Global Network Implementation data project. Managed,
cross-functional teams. Lead risk analyst on the AT&T project to build and maintain the vendor relationship. Work daily with
Network Engineers and Project Managers within Cisco and AT&T to build and adhere to contract, processes and procedures.
Plan and execute activities before, during and after network integration and testing in Cargill’s Network. Responsible for
managing schedules and dependencies. Responsible for monthly billing delivery and accountable for budget variances and risk
analysis to ensure the project is on time and within budget.
• MRS - Successfully led Project Management efforts to complete installation of Cisco routers and OOB Modem
devices on over 2500 sites Domestically
• Provimi – Successfully implemented the installation of Cisco routers Internationally with the acquisition of Provimi
into the Cargill environment as well as Cargill proper locations

and Acuative.

• AMAC - Successfully led Project Management efforts to complete installation of Cisco routers & migration from
Frame-Relay to MPLS project, which involved over 3000 sites
• GenPass Project – Successfully implemented the installation of Cisco routers on ATMs added to the project through
the acquisition of the GenPass Company by US Bancorp, involved over 250 sites
• Refurbished Project – Coordinated the refurbishment and redeployment of over 300 Cisco Routers returned to
Acuative.
• Single Point of Contact – Served as the single point of contact to customer on all above projects and responsible for
timely and accurate updates of all Port and PVC installations to coincide with router installations.
• Billing Review – Conducted weekly billing reviews with customer to ensure accurate and contract compliant billing.
• Procurement and Staging – Managed equipment procurement with customer and oversaw staging and shipping of
equipment to the Field for implementation.
