11. TERMS & CONDITIONS – SOLAR POWER OFFER
• Period of PPA – 20 Years with lock in period of 15 years.
• Supply under long term Open Access.
• Billing point will be Ex Bus solar plant.
• Consumer needs to bear charges like open access charges, SLDC
Charges, Application fee etc.
• Open access to be taken by solar developer.
• Commencement of power within 12 months from PPA execution.
• Termination of PPA by either party within lock-in period to invite
termination penalty equal to 12 months of revenue from the project and
any damages awarded under arbitration.
• The Ex Bus price of power to be escalated accordingly as per DISCOM/
KEB Escalation. This will include dedicated transmission losses.
• This offer can be improved and customized to cater to further cater to
your needs.
