Investor sets up Solar Farm or Biomass Power Plant with the Client contributing only 26% Equity in
the project (as required by law for the project to qualify as a Captive Power unit).

Client continues to get power from the state grid which is offset by power from the Solar Farm

12. Fossil Fuel (FO / LDO etc.) replacement in Industrial Boilers

Boilers will be modified to run on Biomass pellets / briquettes instead of fossil fuels.

Dual fuel option - client can always switch to fossil fuels whenever required.

BOO (Build Own Operate) – Opex-based solution where our partner will invest in Plant & Machinery,
Operation & Maintenance, take care of biomass sourcing etc. Client only pays for steam generated.
