What We Provide under Manpower Outsourcing :-
 Recruiting right kind of staff/manpower for the client as per the guidelines
given to us
 We maintain all the required statutory like PF, ESI, Salary Slips etc.
 We provide replacement facilities *
 Candidates will be on our payroll so, all the statutory related issues will be
handled by us. Clients need not to be worried about any manpower related
issues.

In this case client recruit the manpower by themselves & put them into our
payroll. We maintain them in our payroll including all statutory duties as per
law. In this case client’s headache is transferred to us. So client can concentrate
their work properly.
“Recruiting process” is the main difference between “Manpower Outsourcing”
& “Payroll Management”. In Manpower Outsourcing process we conduct all the
steps including recruiting, where as in Payroll Management, Client already
have manpower.
Rest of the process almost remain the same. But we do not provide any
replacement facilities in this case.

What It Means :-
Recruitment is a process of sourcing, shortlisting, selecting and placing a
qualified person for a job. This process is mandatory for any kind of vacant
positions like Entry Level/Junior Level/Mid Level or Top Level.
What We Do :-
 Once we get the order, first of all we source all the details of the vacant
positions.
 We maintain a record of client requirements with respect to the candidates
like qualifications, experience, locations etc.
 We source right candidate for the positions.
 Initiate interviewing process and also arrange direct interview between client
and candidates.
 Selected candidates will on clients payroll and our work stops when candidates
are selected.
 Replacement facility may be given depending on contract conditions.

We have a collaboration with various
colleges in the various part of the country.
We have Engineering colleges,
Management colleges, Technical Colleges
etc. in our database for conducting
campus drive.
We arrange campus drives on behalf of
companies. It’s a process generally used
when organizations want to recruit
fresher's in bulk. Companies need not to
worry about any arrangement.
Organizations may also give payroll
management part to us after they get
final selected candidates.

• Basic proposal is being delivered to client over
mail or by postal
Initial Meeting
• Arranging first face to face meeting after getting
appointment timing
Requirement
Information
• If initial Meeting is successful and client want us
to proceed further, we ask for the job related
information and type of services. We get the
information in a documented form (mail, postal
etc.)

Requirement
Analysis
• We analysis every aspect of the requirements
(type of manpower/Type of service/Mode of
payment/Other related details etc.)
Detailed
Quotation
• After analyzing the fact & finding of
requirements, we prepare a detailed quotation for
the task and send it to client. This quotation is
open for any further negotiations.
Agreement
• If client agreed on terms and conditions after
negotiations and decided to work with us, we
prepare a mutual agreement.

Work Order
• Prior to preparation of work order, all
conversations are meant to understand the each
other’s requirements. But once agreement has
been signed, client has to provide final work
order mentioning its every requirements. It will
be considered as job order.
Planning
• As per the Job/Work order, we plan our line of
strategies and activities.
Execution
• It’s a process of final execution of our planning
on ground level

What You Pay….

MANPOWER OUTSOURCING :- In this case, “client” and “SGK India”
mutually decides an amount for any position. Later on “SGK India” convert that
amount to CTC. We maintain salary, all statutory like PF, ESIC, Insurance,
Bonus, Sudden Accident Cost & our service charges etc with in the final amount.
PAYROLL MANAGEMENT :- In this case client already have manpower
(refer Slide #5). In “Payroll Management” client is already having payment
structure. As the salary is not mutually decided so, we charges as per the below
mentioned method:
 Fixed lump sum amount for every employee. OR
 Certain percentage of total CTC of the employee.

RECRUITMENT :- It is a simple process
sourcing right candidate which does not
involve any payroll support. It is been
charged as per the current market pricing
strategy for recruitment (Currently it is
8.33% of annual CTC). But again it is
subject to the negotiations depending
upon the type of work and no. of employee
required.
CAMPUSDRIVE :- Campus Drive is
absolutely free of cost for companies. We
also don’t deal any financial part with any
candidate as we have directly tied-up
with college management & We work on
behalf of College’s T & P Department.

We maintain them in our payroll including all statutory duties as per law. In this case client’s headache is transferred to us. So client can concentrate their work properly. “Recruiting process” is the main difference between “Manpower Outsourcing” & “Payroll Management”. In Manpower Outsourcing process we conduct all the steps including recruiting, where as in Payroll Management, Client already have manpower. Rest of the process almost remain the same. This process is mandatory for any kind of vacant positions like Entry Level/Junior Level/Mid Level or Top Level. This quotation is open for any further negotiations. But once agreement has been signed, client has to provide final work order mentioning its every requirements. It will be considered as job order.   • 14. (An ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company) What You Pay…. 14 MANPOWER OUTSOURCING :- In this case, “client” and “SGK India” mutually decides an amount for any position. Later on “SGK India” convert that amount to CTC. We maintain salary, all statutory like PF, ESIC, Insurance, Bonus, Sudden Accident Cost & our service charges etc with in the final amount. PAYROLL MANAGEMENT :- In this case client already have manpower (refer Slide #5). In “Payroll Management” client is already having payment structure. As the salary is not mutually decided so, we charges as per the below mentioned method:  Fixed lump sum amount for every employee. It is been charged as per the current market pricing strategy for recruitment (Currently it is 8.33% of annual CTC). But again it is subject to the negotiations depending upon the type of work and no. of employee required. CAMPUSDRIVE :- Campus Drive is absolutely free of cost for companies.
