1).CA Shivam Gupta:-
(Founder Member of SGA, ICAI Membership No: 434316)
He is one of the Youngest Self Employed professional.
He had cleared CA Final Exams in November 2016.
He is a Master in Commerce, completed his post-graduation in March 2016 from M.J.P
Rohilkhand University.
Recently he had Completed Diploma in Information Systems (DISA) Course of ICAI & also
Certificate Course on Forensic Audit And Fraud Detection (FAFD) conducted by ICAI.
He is also a key speaker in Many Seminars & Symposiums conducted by various Schools,
Colleges and ICAI Bareilly.
His area of Expertise includes Taxation & Accounting.
2). Aayush Mishra:-
(Client Relationship Manager)
He is Master in Commerce , completed his post graduation in March 2016
from M.J.P. Rohilkhand University.
He is a Expert in Income Tax. He has Good Experience of Income Tax ,
Tax Audits & Statutory Audits.
He Leads our team towards New Projects.

3). Atul Chauhan:- (GST Consultant)
He is a Master in Commerce and have Good Knowledge of Goods & Service Tax (Formerly
Sales Tax).
He has a Good experience in Accounting & Taxation. He has handled Full fledged Accounting
of Various Firms & Companies.
At Shivam Gupta & Associates, he handles GST Registration & Return Work.

She is a Master in Commerce specialised in GST, Accountancy. She has also pursued Tally
Course from a reputed Computer Education Institute.

5). Adv Nishant Kashyap:- (Legal Expert)
He is Well Renowned Advocate along with master in commerce. He has also done Mass
Communication from M.J.P Rohilkhand University & also holds Diploma in Computer
Application. He has a vast experience of Accounting & GST work.
He is Head of Legal team of Shivam Gupta & Associates.
