Mizanur Rahman Graduated from Chattagram
University.Unlike others he started to think on his
own.He is the entrepreneurs and founder of this
organization.He started business on his own land
though lack of communication and support of
govt in 2004.He made unemployed women
employed.Till now he is chairman of 5
companies.He had received many awards as a
young entrepreneurs.

• The main perspective of this company is to achieve world top ranking among shoe export
companies.
• Remove Unemployment problems from Bangladesh.
• Now They are producing 22500 pairs of shoes per day and They want to make it 50000 pairs
within 2025.

among shoe companies.Now it's trying hard to reach the goal.They have
made a lot of progress.Their customer numbers are increasing globally.
They are producing 22500 pairs of shoes per day.They produce products
in our country then carry them to different countries and sell them.
For better communication with global buyers they established a branch of
their companies at China.

• The yearly transaction of the company is around three to four hundred crore taka including import
and export.
• They have three branches of their organization which are located at Gazipur,Barishal and
Chittagong.
• Most of the raw materials are imported from China. Leather and rubber are come from china and
india.
• The all kinds of fabrics comes from Vietnam .
• They have 50 buses for employes easy communication.
