Mission
The prime objective of Sahara India Pariwar forum is to provide an amiable environment to all workers , so that
their productivity remains on a perpetual high and they always experience a blissful state of peace and
satisfaction.
Vision
To ensure that the interests of the Pariwar are kept paramount and justice prevails in every sphere and at all
levels to safeguard the interests of all workers.
Core values
Discipline - The enthusiastic obedience of laws and orders, which are given by the rightful authority.
Collective Materialism - Means to progress and prosper together for collective sharing and caring and not
individually or for a select group.
Absolute Honesty- Our mind inside knows the truth, can see, hear or understand rightly and we should be
absolutely honest to our mind inside in all our actions, reactions, directions, decisions and expressions and in
performing all our genuine duties.
No discrimination- Never should we discriminate in any of our actions, reactions, attitudes, decisions,
conclusions, in any of our expressions while caring for the six healths of other human beings, namely physical,
material, mental, emotional, social and professional healths.

Objectives-: To attain Peace, Happiness, Satisfaction, Pride, Respect, and Self-Respect.

The goal is specific as they want to gain profits, it is immeasurable that no one can measure what level of profits
he wants to earn, but it is worth attainable and it is also relevant to their business but again it is not bounded by
time limit.

Sahara India Pariwar’s logo has a clear symbol that people holding hands of each other which means the people
are working together for the social welfare. Stats available on www.sahara.in shows it very clearly that
company uses 25% profit for the social welfare and 40% profit share with its employees.
Sahara India Pariwar has tricolor in its logo which indicate that the company is dedicated towards the nation.
Stats available on the internet clearly suggest that Sahara India Pariwar is the biggest sport promoter.

  • 3. 3 Vision, mission and core values Mission The prime objective of Sahara India Pariwar forum is to provide an amiable environment to all workers , so that their productivity remains on a perpetual high and they always experience a blissful state of peace and satisfaction. Vision To ensure that the interests of the Pariwar are kept paramount and justice prevails in every sphere and at all levels to safeguard the interests of all workers. Core values Discipline - The enthusiastic obedience of laws and orders, which are given by the rightful authority. Collective Materialism - Means to progress and prosper together for collective sharing and caring and not individually or for a select group.
