Module 1: Understanding Emotions
In this module, we will explore the different types of emotions
and how they impact our thoughts, behaviors, and physical
health. We will also learn about the importance of being aware
of our emotions and how to identify them accurately.
Module 2: Managing Stress
Stress is a common problem in today's world. This module will
teach you how to identify the sources of your stress and
provide you with practical techniques to reduce it, such as
deep breathing, mindfulness, and creating boundaries.
Module 3: Emotional Intelligence
Emotional intelligence is the ability to understand, use, and
manage emotions to achieve personal and interpersonal goals.
In this module, we will learn about the different components of
emotional intelligence and how to improve it through self-
reflection, empathy, and effective communication.
Module 4: Managing Anger and Frustration
Anger and frustration are common emotions that can lead to
negative consequences if not managed properly. This module
will provide you with strategies to identify and manage these
emotions, such as taking a timeout, counting to ten, and using
positive self-talk.
Module 5: Building Resilience
Resilience is the ability to bounce back after setbacks or failures.
In this module, we will explore ways to build resilience through
positive mindset, goal setting, and perseverance.
