checked all work supervise mix design c50/60 with Microsilca and flay ash. I review
method statement where need to improve as well as ITP of all related work
documents .I also checked all quality work related to rings productions. Have good
experience in tunnel work specially rings production .Conduct audit for contractor.
We planned to improve day by day production with best quality of rings Worked in Pre -
cast Yard to check Method statement ITPS and check list about 7600 rings completed
with best quality. We completed all rings in advanced time.
Involve in all trial mix of concrete C 15 C 20 C25 C35 C40 C50 with fly ash & micro
silica.

PROJECT DETAIL.
Railway Project 720 km total length included 6 UR bridges, 2 OW bridge, 25 Camel
crossing and 750 culverts with fencing work riprap works. Supervise Track work
.Handover project to Saudi Arabian Railways.
• QA/QC Engineer
Responsibilities:
Monitoring, implementation and improvement of the Project Quality Plan, QA/QC Plan
- Ensure that the Project Quality Plan are established, implemented, maintained and
reviewed.
- Determine the structure of the project Quality System.
- Responsible for overseeing the overall Quality System.
- Plan, conduct and review results of quality audits as and when required.
- Direct personnel to comply with the approved quality system.

flash butt plant k 900 field welds .Measuring geometric parameters of welds after
profile grinding with Geismar made MAS -150 automatic rail profile grind.
De-stressing of 350 km continuous welded rail with VSR Vortex stressing rollers with
hydraulic power tensors, motorized clipper and de-clippers aluminothermy welding of
distressed welds and their geometry inspection.
Ultrasonic testing of Flash butt welding plant mobile flash butt welds at site and
Aluminothermy welds with SPG 3 manual rail testing trolley.
• Inspection of stone aggregate ballast for railway track at crusher plant and at
site for quality checks for relevant contract standards and specifications
Inspection of five type of turnout in yards for main line primary loop AL – Jalamid
phosphate yard on concrete bearers.
Manufacturing work of pre- stressed concrete sleepers at plant at Radifa Al Jouf
production quality control testing. Mold preparation, batching and casting of sleepers,
