George Karram has over 25 years of experience in production supervision and management. He is currently a Production Supervisor and Acting Superintendent at Lear Corporation, where his responsibilities include attending plant meetings, ensuring quality standards are met, completing audits, meeting production schedules, training employees, and dealing with union issues. Previously, he held several production supervisor roles overseeing painting operations at GM plants and managing production as a supervisor at Oakley Industries. He has a BBA in Marketing from the University of Michigan-Flint.
