* Catalyst for driving superior innovative systems and processes. Developed a fiber
reclamation program that enabled yarn producing departments to rework formerly discarded
fiber into their current cotton mix which saved WestPoint Home over $300,000 per year. Helped
lead the Montgomery DC with Cintas from a 2 time Outstanding Achievement Award winner in
11 years to a 6 time winner in the past 7 years.

Ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to including training and
accountability. Managed a staff of four salaried supervisors, four customer service
representatives, and 167 hourly paid associates. Duties ranged from personnel development
through reviews and reinforcement to managing all aspects of production, quality, shipping, and
