• Supervises the Reservations Agents in their daily
duties, including pick-ups, travel agent
commissions, staff responses to clients, etc.
• Controls no show and late cancellation charges
• Aware of internal credit policy
• Maintaining all reservation standards.
• Aware of all changes in systems or procedures.
• Monitor reservation pick-up for the coming months
• Achieve in LQA / IFH results > 90%
• Conduct annual performance evaluations.
