Teen Cancer Lymphoma describes lymphoma, a cancer of the lymph nodes that can spread throughout the body. It causes uncontrolled cell growth and reproduction. Common symptoms include swollen lymph nodes, weight loss, itchy skin, and fatigue. Treatments may include chemotherapy and radiation to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors. Lymphoma is more common in males ages 15-34 and can often be treated successfully with remission and no remaining signs of disease. It affects the immune system cells and there are many subtypes.
