  10. Sometimes it can seem like a bottomless pot of money, especially when there are large grants involved
  11. Withsmart and good leadership and direction, we were always looking ahead… to a time when there would be less funding. How could we continue to produce a high quality e-learning product with less… less money, people, resources.
  12. Describe the changes that occurred around 2009 Funding was cut from state budget, smaller federal budget as we closed out a large fed grant.
