Dear Hiring Manager:
I had the pleasure of working with Lori Anderson for the past 2 years as she worked to re-focus the Marketing
department at River’s End. She implemented new marketing initiatives to drive awareness at the same time
having to reduce the staff and spending to meet tough financial goals.
I was immediately struck by Lori’s positive, can-do attitude as she began to help reshape a company in transition.
She consistently demonstrated the ability to adapt, collaborate and bring new ideas to challenges and drive to
resolution.
There was a complete change in the company’s leadership team in the past 2 years and Lori developed effective
working relationships with each new leader. She leveraged her deep knowledge of the company to help orient the
new members.
Organized and diligent, Lori juggled multiple daily requests from the sales and service teams to react to customer
requests as well as managing the company’s marketing initiatives to on-time completion.
I wish that I could continue our working relationship at River’s End, but the position has to be relocated to the
Madison Wisconsin office and unfortunately Lori is not able to relocate.
