 Successfully dismantled, repaired & refitted/assembled the VOLVO gear box at the site garage in
Allahabad, which garnered a considerable amount to the organization.
 Successfully replaced the Aluminum Up-gradation plates with the Iron ones for Volvo tippers, so that
damage rate got decreased while moving in boulder areas.
 Implemented the safety guards for the adaptors of excavator buckets by using the waste leaf-spring
blades. This increased the life span of buckets to a considerable extent
 In order to decrease the chassis damage & hydraulic jack damage of Bogie/Body jack of Tippers, a
concept of modification of sub-chassis bed is introduced at Allahabad site.
