7. OFFICE COORDINATOR OF URBAN
AREA AND TRAVELING.
• Coordinate direct distribution and home of different customers .
Liquidate shipped freight travel . Generate merchandise booking
process Take control of vehicles shipped daily. Coordinate product
delivery time to customers. Prepare and print the guide route to the
offices daily. Assign routes according to the time of arrival of the
different vehicles in the fleet . Monitor deliveries via phone with
customer service. Perform confirmation of dispatching vehicles with
finished product. Prepare sheets payments for services and products
delivered. Keep different stocks reserved.

8. HEAD OF NATIONAL
TRANSPORTATION.
• Verify the proper use of the vehicles and monitoring the mechanical
state of the same in order to enhance the performance of the fleet
and its users. It is responsible for fueling the fleet and to the
enforcement of the correct use of fleet cards. Reporting of fuel
consumption based on the weekly reports provided by the supplier.
Coordinate the implementation of maintenance of fleet units
periodically established by manufacturers Attend workshops for
supervising the repair work of the units if necessary Arrange and
procedures relevant to the insurance units and fleet renewal policies
Make suitable arrangements for the payment of patent vehicle due
annually as well as necessary inspections .

9. TEAM LEADERS.

10. BILLER.
• Check the documentation provided by each dispatcher
before generating the invoice. Generate documents for
each and every one of the shipments made in the
distribution center . Produce reports of daily dispatches
to track the office yesterday and few vehicles out by
dispatcher . Review bills met by the client , seeking
notes inconsistency to resolve them before sending
them to document management .

11. FLEET COORDINATOR.
• Take control of vehicles shipped daily. Coordinate product
delivery time to customers. Prepare and print the guide
route to the offices daily with target customers and
distribution centers . Assign routes according to the time of
arrival of the different vehicles in the fleet . Monitor
deliveries via phone with customer service and carriers to
estimate times of arrival . Perform confirmation of the
offices effectively and quickly own fleet of vehicles with the
finished product.

12. RECEIVERS.

the inventory . Check number of vehicles waiting to
