LOCATION SHOTS
LOCATION 1
• We chose this location for the scenes where Mia
is walking along the road to meet her friends. We
thought that they could all meet at the bench
and she can walk along either the grass to them
or the pavement behind the bench.
• This location will work well it shows houses
around the bench which shows a more built up
yet somewhat rural location which fits with the
rest of our trailer locations.
LOCATION 2
• We have chosen this location for the scenes
where Mia first comes across the gang. We have
decided that the gang will be sat on the bench
and Mia will then walk past on either the
opposite side of the road with them in the
background or along the pavement in front of
them.
• This location will work well because it isn’t too
rural and away from the main town which is
shown by the road, pavement and houses behind
the bench. The houses behind also help to
create a more rundown look at they aren’t the
best-looking.
LOCATION 3
• We chose this location for when the gang and
Mia are hanging about in an abandoned
place. They will sit on the floor underneath
the train bridge, most likely on cardboard to
add to the rundown scene. This is the scene
where they will have drugs and be drinking.
• The location will work as it looks abandoned
with the mud and overgrown foliage around
the outsides. It is also obvious that the
brickwork and bridge is old. It is also quite
dark which will add to the scene.
LOCATION 4
• These locations will be used in the scenes where
the gang and Mia are walking through the field.
They will then approach an opening that leads to
a road with another opening across from it. You
will see them approaching the road before Mia’s
phone rings. She will then stop half way up the
hill towards the road to decline the call and
everyone else will cross the road and carry along
the edge of the other side without her.
• This location will work well because it is exactly
what we pictured and is quite rural but the road
also shows that it’s a busier area still.
