In LESS THAN 9 MONTHS, Facebook added 100 million users.  20% of Tweets mention a brand Universal McCann reports that 77% of all active internet users regularly read blogs. 
So what!
Why is it important NOW? It is an AND not an OR But What can these tools and shift in culture do for your business?
