The Larned Middle School Library participated in Kansas Snapshot Day on November 18th to highlight typical library services. Out of 102 student surveys, the top reasons for using the library were checking out resources, homework help, and learning computer skills. Students requested more technology like 1:1 computers and iPads. Circulation totals for the month showed 465 books checked out to 5th graders and 493 to 6th graders. The library continued word of the day and genre relabelling programs to engage students.
