This report summarizes the activities and changes at the Monument Mountain Regional High School library in the 2010-2011 school year. Key events included rebranding the library as an information center, implementing a new flexible floor plan, and acquiring new technologies like laptops, monitors, and cameras. Library usage increased, especially in March when no vacations occurred. The English and social studies departments were biggest users. Over 400 new books were added to the collection. Programs like chess tournaments, arts forums, and book clubs were very popular. Goals for next year include finalizing the library webpage and catalog, continuing reading initiatives, and building collaborative lessons between teachers and the library.
