About the Survey
The Leadership and Management Profile (LMP) is a 360°
feedback process designed to help you with your
personal and professional development as a leader and
manager. 360° feedback means that you get feedback
from your manager, your peers and those who report to
you. You therefore get a well-rounded and reliable
assessment of your skills and impact as leader and
manager.
Dr Ron Cacioppe developed the LMP’s underlying
framework after reviewing 30 years of research on
leadership and management. He used Ken Wilber’s
Integral Theory to identify the four quadrants of
contemporary leadership and management shown in the
framework above. The skills and behaviours of these
four quadrants provide the backbone of the 360.
The framework is predominantly used with Executives
and Managers who have direct line responsibility for
others, using the LMP. It is also used with professionals
who do not have line management responsibility but
who still take on leadership and management roles in the
positions that they hold. For such professionals, the
Professional Development Profile (PDP) is
recommended.
The Integral 360° profiles have been used by over 5,000
Australian executives, managers and supervisors over
the past 15 years, which enables benchmarking of
results.
Your LMP/PDP profile includes measures of:
•	 4 major functions of leadership and management
•	 8 roles of leadership and management processes
•	 12 authentic self questions
•	 Customised vital organisational questions
•	 Outcomes or leadership behaviour
•	 Open ended comments
•	 Comparison norms
What’s the process of the 360?
•	 360 briefing (individually or as a group)
•	 Receive invitation to complete self-survey online and
input your raters
•	 Raters complete online survey to produce profile
•	 Group debrief (optional), then Executive coach
contacts you and sets up individual debrief
•	 Further coaching to assist with developmental
change (optional)
What will feedback consist of?
A hard copy report will be provided on completion of the
survey and you will have access to a 1.5 hour debrief
session with an experienced Executive Coach who will
help you identify your strengths, areas for improvement
and action steps to implement as part of your own
professional development plan.
Group reports
The Group Report provides aggregated data on the
individual profiles, summarising the development needs
of the group as a whole, and comparing the average
scores with those in the client organisation who have
previously undertaken the Integral 360° profiles. This
report provides a valuable tool for planning leadership
development strategies.

About the Survey The Leadership and Management Profile (LMP) is a 360° feedback process designed to help you with your personal and professional development as a leader and manager. 360° feedback means that you get feedback from your manager, your peers and those who report to you. You therefore get a well-rounded and reliable assessment of your skills and impact as leader and manager. Dr Ron Cacioppe developed the LMP’s underlying framework after reviewing 30 years of research on leadership and management. He used Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory to identify the four quadrants of contemporary leadership and management shown in the framework above. The skills and behaviours of these four quadrants provide the backbone of the 360. The framework is predominantly used with Executives and Managers who have direct line responsibility for others, using the LMP. It is also used with professionals who do not have line management responsibility but who still take on leadership and management roles in the positions that they hold. For such professionals, the Professional Development Profile (PDP) is recommended. The Integral 360° profiles have been used by over 5,000 Australian executives, managers and supervisors over the past 15 years, which enables benchmarking of results. Your LMP/PDP profile includes measures of: • 4 major functions of leadership and management • 8 roles of leadership and management processes • 12 authentic self questions • Customised vital organisational questions • Outcomes or leadership behaviour • Open ended comments • Comparison norms What’s the process of the 360? • 360 briefing (individually or as a group) • Receive invitation to complete self-survey online and input your raters • Raters complete online survey to produce profile • Group debrief (optional), then Executive coach contacts you and sets up individual debrief • Further coaching to assist with developmental change (optional) What will feedback consist of? A hard copy report will be provided on completion of the survey and you will have access to a 1.5 hour debrief session with an experienced Executive Coach who will help you identify your strengths, areas for improvement and action steps to implement as part of your own professional development plan. Group reports The Group Report provides aggregated data on the individual profiles, summarising the development needs of the group as a whole, and comparing the average scores with those in the client organisation who have previously undertaken the Integral 360° profiles. This report provides a valuable tool for planning leadership development strategies.
