• 2 passport size photos
• PAN Card / Passport Copy / Voter’s ID
• Residence Proof – MSEB bill / Property Tax bill
• Income Tax returns for latest three years along with Profit and Loss a/c
statement and Balance Sheet. (Attach computation of income certified
by the Chartered Accountant)
• Current a/c statement for last one year from where transactions of
business take place (Certified by the Bank)
• Shop Act License
• Brief write-up about the business venture
• Partnership Deed (if any)

• Registered Agreement to Sale / Sale Deed – Original Copy
• Copy of the approved blue print of the floor layout plan
• NOC from the Builder / Society
• Completion and Possession Certificate from the Builder
• Latest Property Tax as well as MSEB bill
• Share Certificate of the Owner with ‘No Dues’ certificate from the
Society
