1. I decided that I would add a pictureof a Fresnel underneath the
instruction to check if there is the correct amount within the rig.I
think this would be helpful becauseif the person runningthrough
the maintenance isn’tquite sure what one would look likethere
will bea clear imagefor them to be ableto check much more
efficiently and independently.
I decided that I would add an additional column for
any additional comments that the person checking
the maintenance might need to write down for
further check up or to make note if the step has been
completed and fulfilled.
When makingthis comment box I
made note that it will need to be at
a much bigger scaleto make sure
that there was enough room for all
note that need to be made whilst
checkingthrough the maintenance.
I have also decided that I would add
a picture of both a G-clamp and
Safety Chain when talkingabout
collectingthem in the step by step
guide. This would then ensure that
the correct equipment was being
checked and the correct equipment
was being found if any were vacant.
It would also help the person
readingthrough the step by step
guide to complete the maintenance
check more efficiently and
independently.
I have also decided that I
would add a picture of a Barn
door fitted to the Fresnel when
talkingaboutcollectingthem
in the step by step guide. This
would then ensure that the
correct equipment was being
checked and the correct
equipment was being found if
any were vacant.It would also

dimmer desk
looks like

the pictures as well.This will ensure
that the maintenance check is being

will helpgive furtheradvice if the lights still are
