  9. 1.Keywords = low hanging fruit – profiles that all other recruiters are finding, too. Ideal candidate search: highly specific, lower volume, high qualify 2.Conceptual Search: targeted search, broad results, high volume, requires more focused review (using similar terms or ones that other companies use to mean the same thing) Natural Language Search = using action words instead of job qualifications. “Mange, report, oversee, verify, crunch, etc” 3.Smart Exclusion Search: the power of NOT, just as important to eliminate candidates based on their qualifications 4.Implicit Search = Making assumptions. If they know something, or work somewhere or belong to certain groups – even though those terms don’t appear in their own profile – they might have the qualities you are looking for.
