health business and striving to build successful business models based on better customer understandings. LINA has entered the wellness market to cover care stage in

Tune H is mobile digital platform service that helps people stay healthy physically and mentally. Tune H use AI solutions such as Health solution and face recognition to
measure the health status of users and provide health score. Through the daily coaching service, users can update their health status and selectively use the Care Path
paid service to enhance their health score.

• HRA (Health risk assessment) Score : Calculated user’s health score
in area of activity/mind/sleep/nutrition/control.
• Embedded an innovative facial recognition solution to measure
stress level, blood pressure level and other metrics to make it
“easy” for our customers to view wellness and health.
• AI coaching Goal setting & achievement : Korea Idol singing band. Each
of the band member (13 of them) are actually a health coach in the app
that motivate our customers to lead a healthier lifestyle.
• Contents : Providing video/audio/article contents that helps user’s
health.
• Care path solution : Users can purchase “Care path” package in the forms of
combination of services and goods through credit card payment in mobile.
• Membership programs : Points are earned through various activities like goal
setting and achieving. Benefits are provided according to the membership level.

Customer impact & Business result
• It has been planned and executed from 2021 and about 180,000 users registered to TuneH app during 10 months and most of
them are in the 10s~30s, young generation that LINA could not target. Since LINA insurance company’s customers mostly are
50+ old generation, young user’s information is very meaningful customer base.
• It generated revenue by providing paid care path service in the app. User can purchase care path service in credit card payment
function. Care path is a health care solution in the form of a combination of service and products and will be curated to related
insurance product.
• Provided better & unique user experience with providing Tune H’s own audio/video health contents which can help enhance
user’s health in the app.
• Won the grand prize in the AI health care solution section of the “8th Chosun Ilbo Mobile Awards Korea 2022”
• Won a bronze prize in the digital contents section at the ICT Award
