This document outlines 10 dimensions of meaning in schools: architectonic, discursive, intersubjective, socio-cultural, proprietary, epistemological, pedagogical, moral, physical, and communicative. Each dimension represents a different way that meaning is expressed and created through interactions, experiences, knowledge representation, ownership, learning relationships, and the physical environment in schools.
