Application begins with the creation and maintenance of primary data such as
Book Details and Library Information.
Each subsequent transaction, such as a book issue or return, will instantly update
the current books.
It will track how many books are available in the library and books issued to the
students.

To keep the details of books and library members in a friendly environment.
To maintain the circulation system using computers and to provide different
reports.
Improved customer service by providing more precise information.

Only the requirements specifications for the library management system are
covered.
There is no additional information on the library management system.
It makes no mention of the other components of the library management system.

6. User Characteristics:
Two levels of users :
1. User Side- The user will check the availability of the books on the user side. -

2. Administration Side- The following are the administration side submodules. -
User registration - Book details - Book distribution, and so on.
7. Solution of the problem
The Solution to the problem of the manual library management system is to
develop a computerized library management system. Before developing the
proposed system, there is a need to identify the following:

8. Functional Requirements
Book Entry: In this module, we can store the details of the books.
Register Student: In this module, we can keep the details of the new student.
Book Issue: This module is used to keep track of book issue details.
Book Return: This module enables one to keep track of returned books.
9. User Requirements
Provides a user-friendly graphical interface.
Any administrator can use the system to do needed tasks such as creating, updating,
and inspecting the book's details.
Allows the user to examine rapid reports such as book issues/returns, etc., at any
moment.
Stock verification is based on several criteria or according to various categories.
In-depth search capability based on several parameters.

The main purpose of this project is to reduce manual work.
This software is capable of managing book issues, and returns, and
calculating/managing fines.
Generating various reports for record keeping according to end-user
requirements.
