4. Castleblayney Energy Show:
February 2018
• CSEG and the Íontas Centre organised the first ever Energy Show in Castleblayney
• About 300 people attended with 26 exhibitors and 3 information sessions

5. Castleblayney Sustainable Energy Group (CSEG) is a
voluntary group formed in late 2016 and is a SEAI
registered Sustainable Energy Community.
The group comprises representatives from the
public, private and community sectors in the the
Castleblayney area.
The group works together with the people of
Castleblayney to raise awareness of the benefits of
energy efficiency and renewable energy.
In addition the group is involved in undertaking,
facilitating, and supporting energy projects in the
area that help in the transition to a low carbon local
economy.
