Community Renewable Energy (CoRE) works with communities to develop renewable energy projects that provide income and sustainable energy while taking a stake in the companies to fund future projects. CoRE has over 350 members and has trained over 60 in community renewables, winning awards for their work. They measure success through behavioral changes, reduced emissions and increased renewable energy while seeking capital funding, expanded capacity and links to policymakers to further develop.
