Specific Duties:
Man
1. Monitor, check and approves the daily activies of production workers, Line Leaders, Team
Leaders and Technician job.
2. Prepares and submit incedent report for subordinates who violate company policies and
regulations.
3. Guide, develop and supervise Team Leaders and Technicians to improved there skills and
ability by providing technical guidance and instruction manual on how to operate, trouble-shoot
and maintain, machine, equipment, die and jigs.
Machine
1. Assist the manufacturing section in checking the machine/jig trouble and maintenance report.
2. Responsible in maintaining and improvements to all equipments (die/jigs/machine) under his
assignment by checking and confirming the machine checklist .
3. Identify parts that need spare or need to purchase.
4. Provide program for the Automatic measuring machine or OGP
5. Create program for the image checker for Shells and contact
Material
1. Check and approve dispersal slip for the replacement of defects, lacking and excess or return
parts.
Safety
1. Check and recommend safety measures needed in assigned production lines.
Quality
1. Responsible in maintaining and improving the quality of the quality of products by means of
providing work instructions such as PAPS, M.I., PEM, control plan (QAP) and also by doing
Kaizen activities such as modifying and innovating new jigs, die and machine including
components parts.

2. Also to ensure quality is maintained Production Engineer is responsible in checking and
approving actual process control record sheet measurement result (QAP) and Inspection
Summary.
3. Monitor, analyze and apply counter measures on the quality performance of the assigned
production section & line/s by means of P-chart data and applying analytical and statistical tools
in resolving the cause and the appropriate corrective actions.
4. Prepare, revise and update all process specification documents (PAPS), forms, memos (PEM),
engineering plan, etc., needed in the production of each product.
5. Conducts testing and veification on tools and spare parts, jig , equipment, machine and new
products based on engineering plan and derives evaluation and conclusions on its result.
6. Shall prepare, revise and update FMEA on all products under his assignment.
7. Prepares design drawing with material specificationfor production improvements such as jigs,
die and equipment.
8. Prepare cause and corrective action on In-house Rejection Slip.
9. Responsible in investigating, analyzing and making customer claim report.
10.Shall prepare request for exeptional acceptance (R.E.A) or rejection slips for those items that
do not satisfy specifications.
Cost
1. Responsible in analyzing, planning and recommending cost reduction measure by improving
process to increase productivity with high efficiency and quality. Such as proposing manpower
reduction, space reduction, improving equipments design and lifetime through kaizen activies.
Delivery
1. Monitor, analyze and recommend corrective counter measure to meet the needed output
requirements by means of the daily 2-hour output monitoring of assigned assembly line or
section.
Others
1. Implements, monitors and lead personnel under his supervision to comply on company policies,
procedures and practices, including the 5S principles.
2. Must support and encourage personnel to participate in the activies of other departments.

2. Indirectly supervises the work of Team Leaders and Technicians.
3. Coordinate with PC department with regards to production loading, delivery and test schedules
and customer complain/ inquiries and requirements.
4. Coordinate with Purchasing when requesting to purchase items needed in the production.
5. Coordinate with QA &QC department engineer with regards to product quality such as the
setting of acceptance limit criteria, quality plan, customer complain, etc.
