This letter is my personal recommendation for Rolando Rodriguez. I have been
Rolando’s second in command for several years. I found him to be consistently
pleasant, tackling all assignments with dedication and a smile.
Besides being a joy to work with, Rolando is a take charge person who is able to
present creative ideas and communicate the benefits. He has successfully created
several projects for various sales groups that have resulted in increased revenue.
During his tenure, the sales department met and / or exceeded many objectives, which
helped to increase profits substantially for the individual sales representatives and the
company as a whole. The new revenue was a direct result of projects coordinated by
Rolando.
Although Rolando was an asset to the sales efforts, Rolando was also extraordinarily
helpful in other areas of the company. In addition to creating ads and managing projects
for the sales department, Rolando assumed a leadership role in meetings, inspiring and
motivating other employees.
Rolando took an active role by being selected as the interim manager and director to a
team with multiple projects over an eight month period. Coupled with his excellent
communication skills Rolando is very approachable and down to earth. He fast became
the go to person for the team. His natural leadership ability draws people to him very
quickly.
I highly recommend Rolando for employment. He is a team player and would make a
great asset to any organization.
