Franck Neron-Bancel reported to me from 2004 through 2012. During that period, I was
responsible for International Sales, overall International Operations and ultimately, EVP
Worldwide Sales and Marketing.
In early 2004, Franck began establishing the foundation of the Sales and Marketing organization
for ADP’s new/fast-growing business delivering Human Capital Management services to Multi-
National Corporations (MNC) globally.
Franck displayed great initiative and resilience as we deployed a global strategy allowing ADP to
sell to MNC’s across APAC, EMEA and North America.
In parallel, Franck created ADP’s global client conferences, industry analyst meetings and overall
go-to-market strategy.
Additionally, Franck was instrumental in growing our MNC business through his personal
involvement in leading and closing some of our largest contracts. He showed exceptional skills
during many long and complex negotiations, during which both ADP and its clients were braking
new ground.
Franck’s efforts spanned across many years and were instrumental in launching and developing
one of ADP’s fastest growing and most successful businesses.
