Rosa Angela Márquez started in BetterNow as a Spanish Ambassador Intern in
February 2013, being in charge of planning and substantiating the launch of
BetterNow in Spain. In this newly created position she demonstrated strong will and
dedication to the task.
After six months she was hired as Business Development and Country Manager for
the Spanish market and charged with executing the launch of BetterNow in Spain,
fostering customer and partner relations with key locale partners.
She fulfilled and exceeded the task assigned to her and successfully launched
BetterNow in Spain, accomplishing strategic collaboration agreements with key
charities and sport event organizers, who still to this date are some of our most
important customers.
She was proactive and diligent in identifying new opportunities and closing deals.
She further developed a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders.
Moreover she was clear and efficient in carrying customer feedback and market
knowledge to the IT department in order to tailor our online solutions to the Spanish
market.
Rosa collaborates very well with the whole organization and is thus a very strong
team worker. But foremost she is very capable of working independently and taking
ownership of her duties and delivering the set targets on time. She is well liked by her
colleagues and brings initiative, a positive attitude and a lot of energy to her work
environment and is therefore a pleasure to work with.
I’m in no doubt that the above skills, that made Rosa very successful in managing
BetterNow’s activities in Spain, also will make her a great asset in most other positions,
and I have absolutely no hesitation in giving her my strongest recommendation.
