Being in sales for over 20 years, I have seen many different styles and methods to complete a transaction. The issue I discovered was that most of these processes would only focus on the purchase and not the long-term relationship with the client. With the bulk of my career being in industries that use reoccurring revenue to calculate commission and bonuses, a transaction style sale killed earnings for my team. To ensure their success, I created a new way to build sales strategies with collaboration across the organization to ensure alignment and continuity of deliverable. Resulting in a 200%+ sales growth in every organization, I have implemented my strategy.
