Andrew is applying for a front of house role at an event at Arley Hall in February. He has previous experience in front of house roles in college productions, where he adapted to take on more responsibilities. He also worked at Dominos Pizza where he gained customer service skills. I believe I have the skills, desire and ability to be a valued member of your front of house team for
the Arley Hall event this February. I have lots of backstage, fount of house and performing
experience through many projects through college and also my role in working at Dominos Pizza in
Sankey as an In-store.
Firstly, within college I have been a member of a front of house team in the past. With this job I was
a valued member of the team as I did the role which I was chosen to do but in one situation I had to
use my initiative to lead people in a stressful environment. This shows that I am able to adapt to
take on more challenging job roles and that I am a quick thinker. Furthermore, I believe I would
very useful in helping in different situations as I have taken on different roles in different
productions. For example, I was a stage manager during the college’s annual event ‘Pristley’s Got
Talent’. The show was a big success from production arts point of view and was a very fulfilling
experience for me and the rest of the team.
My experience in Dominos Pizza involved some Front of House elements, for example, good
customer communication, dealing with makes funds the company makes and looking presentable
for the occasions of the event. Referees are available on demand.
To concluded I believe I would be an important member to the Arley Hall Front of House Team as I
am a dependable individual with a strong desire to make the experience of the public one in which
they will enjoy and appreciate.
