Had recently shared my life learnings on Leadership with a group of people who're in the process of figuring out how to become leaders. Putting this down made me yet again grateful for the immensely talented leaders i have had the privilege to work with.

• Master the proper way of doing things BEFORE trying out shortcuts
• Knowledge is power – share / use that power to lead others without
the same access to knowledge
• Do what is right – Not what is easy

3. My advice to budding leaders
• Walk the talk
• Consideration factor – Care for the human element
• Eye on the big Picture – ALWAYS
• Leave EGO behind at home, bring PRIDE to work
• Timely appreciation >>>> Tool-based feedback
• Effective Feedback is always a two-way street
• Introspect – preferably on a daily basis!
