This document discusses using exoplanet mass and radius measurements to constrain interior compositions. Mass-radius relationships follow a common functional form for terrestrial planets. While these relationships are well understood, individual super Earth interiors have permanent degeneracies due to only having mass and radius data. Kepler will provide hundreds of new exoplanet candidates, including systems with multiple transiting planets, advancing understanding of planet formation, migration and evolution by connecting observational data to models of planet interiors, atmospheres and populations.
