This story tells of a race between a hare and tortoise where the hare initially wins by getting overconfident and resting, allowing the tortoise to win. They race again, with the hare winning by maintaining a fast, consistent pace. In a third race changing the route, the tortoise wins by adapting to its strengths by swimming where the hare cannot. They realize teamwork is best and race as a team, both winning. The moral is that to succeed, one must work to their strengths, not give up, and leverage teamwork rather than only competing individually.

Method declaration in Java has two parts - the method header and method body. The method header contains modifiers, return type, method name, and parameter list. There are different types of modifiers like private, public, protected, final, abstract, static, synchronized and native. Methods can be invoked on objects or classes using the dot operator. Java allows method overloading by having multiple methods with the same name but different parameters. The main method is required to run a Java program and must be public, static and void. Constructors are special methods that are used to initialize objects and have the same name as the class. Objects are stored in the heap and can be accessed only through their references. Still fees-ible? The future and funding of higher education in EnglandResolutionFoundation
- Recent reforms to higher education funding in England have reduced long-run costs to the government while increasing university funding by around 25%, though largest increases were in lower-cost subjects.
- The reforms have meant that high-earning graduates pay back more over their lifetimes while the poorest students actually accumulate the highest levels of debt.
- While income-contingent loans are designed to avoid problems with traditional loans, the system has become very complicated and is misunderstood by many. Some policy decisions also appear driven more by accounting rules than long-term costs and benefits.

Regular meetings between probation departments, schools, and other county services are the top suggestion for building strong relationships. Meetings should bring together key leadership and discuss students. After, broad discussion points can be shared more widely. Probation departments should also attend school meetings, visit schools twice monthly, provide trainings to schools, and know when to step back to allow new leadership and relationships to form. Maintaining connections between probation and schools is important for supporting at-risk youth.
